Melt-in-your-mouth Shortbread Cookies
1/2 cup of corn starch
1/2 cup of icing sugar (powdered)
1 cup of all purpose flour
3/4 cup of butter (softened)
1/2 tsp of vanilla
red and green sprinkles
Sift together corn starch, icing and flour with wooden spoon;
blend in butter until soft, smooth dough forms.
Shape into 3/4 inch balls.
Place on un-greased baking sheet, flatten with lightly floured fork.
Decorate with sprinkles.
Bake at 300 F (150 C) for 15 or 20 minutes.
